Boss DS-1 Distortion
Distortion and overdrive pedal
Boss DS-1 Distortion
Distortion and overdrive pedal
Notes: Stock DS-1 purchased in 2023. Main distortion on the album "EGG'S MURMUR".
Saphue Chorus
Generic chorus
Saphue Chorus
Generic chorus
Notes: Run-of-the-mill chorus. I painted the case for fun. Got it for under $15 on Amazon. Audible pop in audio when activated. Saturates audio slightly when engaged.
Saphue Tremolo
Tremolo pedal
Saphue Tremolo
Tremolo pedal
Notes: Typical tremolo effect box. I got this at the same time as the Saphue chorus. Has the same signal popping issue. Only ever used for electric piano at gigs.
EHX Attack-Decay
Tape Reverse Simulation Pedal
EHX Attack-Decay
Tape Reverse Simulation Pedal
Notes: An unwieldy and experimental effect. It simulates a reversed tape swell by allowing control over audio attck and decay values. It also has a fuzz built in, making it my only analog fuzz. I bought this from a bandmate, hard to say who's gotten more use out of it.
DigiTech Hyper Phase Stereo Phaser
Digital Multi-mode Phaser
DigiTech Hyper Phase Stereo Phaser
Digital Multi-mode Phaser
Notes: Another pedal bought from my bandmate. This thing has a very strong character. It lacks the warmth of an analog phaser, but makes up for it with a recognisably grainy texture typical of digital phase effects.
EHX Mel9
Mellotron Synthesizer Pedal
EHX Mel9
Mellotron Synthesizer Pedal
Notes: I got this from a different bandmate than the other boxes. This thing is quite neat. It simulates the Mellotron with a self-contained synthesis engine. You play your instrument into the input, and the box proccesses it. There are 9 separate voices, and the synth can be blended with your clean signal. Features separate 'clean' and 'effect' output jacks for signal chain fun! I have mostly used this with key instruments as opposed to string instruments.
Behringer UM300 "Ultra Metal"
High-gain distortion and unexpectedly good low/high-pass filter
Behringer UM300 "Ultra Metal"
High-gain distortion and unexpectedly good low/high-pass filter
Notes: Snagged for cheap at a music store, I have gotten more out of this Metal Zone clone than I thought I would. I am by no means a metalhead, but the buzzsaw-like textures this thing can pull off are quite verastile for other genres. I also found the 3 band eq section is excellent as a low or high pass filter effect. Imparting just a little dirt along with the filter makes it work well for what it's worth.
Lekato Tank-G
Multi-effects Unit
Lekato Tank-G
Multi-effects Unit
Notes: A streamlined multi effects unit with amp sim, modulation, reverb/delay, and compression modules. It features ir cab support, and can run on a rechargable battery. It was a gift, I wasn't expecting it when I recieved it. Very veratile and useful for giggin' and jammin'.
Lekato Tank-B
Bass Multi-effects Unit
Lekato Tank-B
Bass Multi-effects Unit
Notes: The bass version of Tank-G. I recieved this before Tank-G, and may have gotten more use out of it so far. The main modules for this unit differ from the guitar model, being: reverb, delay, modulation, and amp sim. Retains IR cab support. It sounds great for what it is. Pairs very well with my Crate bass amp. You can also get away with running a guitar through this.
